Description
The origin of the term “Milska” can be traced back to Ancient Norse.
The word has a dual meaning, with one interpretation being a type of “drink,” “honey wine,” or “alcoholic beverage.” The other connotation is “blending,” “combination,” or “merging,” depending on the form of the word.
In Nordic folklore, biting into a special fruit – namely, Iðunn’s apple – was believed to have rejuvenating, healing, and anti-aging properties.
Drawing inspiration from this legend and his knowledge of the ancient Norse language, Mike Norton developed a concoction of “special fruits,” infused with isolated compounds derived from natural sources, to create a delicious drink that provides the consumer with almost all the essential nutrients their body needs.
While the drink hybridizes the benefits of many fruits in a fusion, it is considered lemonade because lemon juice is its base.
